In fact, there are a whole host of different movements that can lead to this pain, in which case it will have a lot in common with RSI– Repetitive Strain Injury.
Whatever it is that you do, taking lots of breaks is an important way to avoid the problem. Likewise, this can help to prevent long-term problems like arthritis.
