To use black cohosh to prevent night sweats you will need to take a tablet of 20 mg each day. You may also take 20 mg in liquid form either directly or diluted in some water. Using black cohosh daily for three months or so should help cure your night sweats. It can also help with other symptoms of menopause that a woman may experience.
