4. Aloe
Aloe is a plant that can be found in the gardens of many people, and a lot of them have absolutely no idea that it can be such a versatile aid for your health – especially when it comes to getting your daily dose of the right vitamins, boosting your immune system and helping your body to heal from a range of different medical conditions that can include osteomyelitis. Aloe is much more tolerable in supplement form due to its bitter taste, but there are ways to prepare a tea from the insides of aloe leaves that can be made palatable (but only with the addition of other great compounds that help to take away from its naturally bitter taste, like honey).
