4. Elevate Your Head at Night
When sleeping, it’s a good idea to elevate your head. You can do this by placing bricks or blocks under the head of the bed or simply by stacking up lots of pillows. This can help you to avoid some of the symptoms of low blood pressure such as tingling in the lower extremities.
It can also be helpful to wear compression stockings at night (and during the day). These cover the calf and thigh and will thereby help to restrict some of the blood flow to the legs.
