3. Change footwear
The pain felt in the feet could well be attributed in some way to the type of footwear that a person is wearing. If you know that you have Morton’s Neuroma and are therefore likely to fall victim to foot pain, it is probably not the best idea to wear high heels for an extended period of time, as the discomfort afforded by a pair of stilettos could be enough to set an episode of pain into motion.
For most people, a combination of style and comfort is the way to go but in cases of extreme pain, a person may want to negate any focus on fashion altogether. Wearing slippers all of the time may not be the most practical of solutions, but they may help to ease the pain whenever they can be worn.
Slide on shoes such as flip flops or sandals may be an option but again, these are not always the most practical option.
