3. Painful urination
Painful or difficult urination is another symptom that might suggest you have endometrial cancer. There are other things that could cause difficulty urinating as well as pee that burns. Some of these are STDs — sexually transmitted diseases — and as such this symptom is often left unreported as women are embarrassed to mention it to their doctors — fearing judgment and the possibility that their doctor will think they are promiscuous.
