4. Regulate your blood sugar
Regulate your blood sugar with basil when consumed on a regular basis. Add basil to all of your foods and reap the benefits of it. Make sure the foods you eat are healthy as well. You don’t want to eat a hamburger and place basil on it and think that’ll help you. For instance, if you eat salad three to four times a week, add basil to it.
Make sure the basil is fresh because the fresher it is the more nutrients you’ll get. Drinking basil juice or tea is also beneficial for your blood sugar. For basil juice, squeeze some fresh oranges and add a few basil leaves to it. For tea, just seep some in a cup of hot water and place basil leaves in it. Choose any tea that you want. You’ll just need to drink it every single day or at least four times a week.
