Seek out any of the tender spots on the foot and then press into them. Do this while you are stretching out your foot. These tender spots will feel tight. Make sure to use massage oil to help encourage the flow of blood.
The oil will also help to increase the flexibility of the foot and the massaging will help stretch out the muscles.
