4. Baking Soda
Baking soda is something almost everyone has in their cabinet or perhaps in their refrigerators soaking up the odors. In addition to being used for baking and for helping with unwanted odors, baking soda also can help clear up your skin. Using baking soda in a scrub will leave the skin feeling clean, smooth, and bright. It is important to note that a baking soda scrub should not be used more than twice a week to help deal with body acne.
The reason for this is because of the high alkaline content of baking soda, which can be too much for certain skin types. In order to make the scrub use two tablespoons of baking soda with a bit of water. Add water until you have a thick paste. Use this paste on any areas of the skin that bumps have appeared, leave on for a few minutes and then rinse with cool water.
