4. Angling of the Foot
One of the first signs that people with supination of the feet will experience is the angling of the foot, usually inward; this is the defining symptom of the supination of the feet, and it’s what the condition will eventually cause. One of the most important things to remember with supination of the feet – and the angling of the foot or ankle – is that you might not really notice it at first: The symptom might be slight, or it might only be in one foot – and you’ll be experiencing the other symptoms of supination instead.
Eventually, the ankle of the foot will worsen – and this is where supination becomes physically noticeable. The moment you notice a combination of any of the symptoms on this list, you should make an appointment with your doctor to discuss possible foot supination, even if you don’t see the obvious angling of the foot just yet.
