4. Allergies
First, let’s define just what allergies are: They are your body’s response to external (sometimes, very rarely internal) stimuli, and this response is more often than not a very unpleasant one that causes everything in your body from your eyes to your lungs to inflame – this is, basically and in its most simple terms, what we would call having an allergic reaction.
If you are extremely prone to getting allergies than we would suggest that you speak to your doctor about going on prescription antihistamines for the long haul – and stay away from anything that can potentially trigger your allergies to start, like a massive field of sunflowers. This is especially true if you are prone to the type of nose bleeds that are caused by allergies. And yes, allergies can very well cause your nose to bleed – this is because the nose and respiratory system suddenly dries out, bleeding.
