7. Cough
Coughing is no fun at all. Whether it’s a dry cough that lingers at the back of the throat, a tickling cough that annoys to the point of insanity, or a disgustingly productive cough that brings up more phlegm than you ever thought possible, there isn’t really a type of cough that anyone would favor over the others. With flu and roseola, it is likely that a person will develop a cough.
It just depends on the diagnosis as to which type of cough they’ll be lumbered with and for how long they can expect to be affected. Roseola coughs are not as productive as flu coughs, as there is not normally as much phlegm in the throat to be brought up. It means that carrying a napkin or hanky everywhere isn’t necessarily essential, but it does mean you’re likely to get on the nerves of literally anyone within 50 yards of you. Maybe that’s your thing though!
