5. Slow Movement
A common symptom of dementia and a range of other mental health complaints is slow movement.
Here, an individual might simply begin to move a lot more slowly than they normally would and to become very seemingly deliberate in their motions. They might also appear slower in terms of their speech and their thought. Maybe they get in the car to drive and take a long time to turn the ignition, for instance.
