4. Drinking Less Fluid
Doctors and most experts recommend that you should drink up to eight glasses of water per day, but newer research points towards the fact that eight glasses isn’t a cold, icy fact. The amount of water that you drink shouldn’t be set at eight glasses of water per day, and it instead depends on your individual body weight and height as well as the environment you find yourself in.
Someone in a hotter climate will need to replace more fluid, for example, and you always need to increase your water intake when you are exercising or ill.
Drinking too much fluid during the night or right before bed can be one of the most common causes of adult bedwetting. If you experience it as a symptom, cut down on your fluid intake if changing your routine and diet hasn’t managed to make a difference.
