5. Lowered Immune System
The body’s immune system is supposed to function like a well-oiled machine, and it’s true that the immune system of most healthy people is completely fine – and able to repel most of the viruses and bacteria that they’re exposed to in the air. But this isn’t true if you have something that’s affecting your immune system, or an underlying type of health condition that’s directly affecting your immune system.
If you find that you’re getting sick more frequently than you think you normally would, it’s always a good idea to make an appointment with your doctor to seek out the root cause of what’s affecting your immune system. If you can combine it with any of the symptoms that have been mentioned on this list, it’s especially important to make the appointment as soon as possible.
In the meantime, there are plenty of things that you can do to naturally boost your immune system, including taking supplements.
