5. Muscle Weakness
When it comes to hip bursitis, a low amount of muscle coordination or muscle weakness can cause it to develop. People who do not get enough exercise or who spend a lot of time sitting can experience muscle weakness. Muscle weakness develops when the muscles are not being worked enough.
If we do not do anything to strengthen the muscles they are going to become weak with time. This can increase the risk of developing joint issues such as bursitis. When the muscles that surround the hip are weakened, it leaves the hip more prone to becomeing injured. A slight bump or a fall can cause the area to become inflamed.
This inflammation can cause a person to experience the pain and other symptoms that are associated with hip bursitis. Exercising can improve muscle strength and reduce the risk of hip bursitis developing. Proper exercise is important for keeping the body healthy.
