2. Inadequate amount of sleep at nighttime.
A person will always be tired during the daytime if it’s difficult to sleep at night. During the daytime, the person will dose off for a minute and wake up because he or she didn’t get enough sleep the night before. By sleeping in the daytime, at night, it will be difficult to sleep. Some ways you can go to sleep at night are keeping the television on low, turn the radio on, or drink a warm beverage. You may not go to sleep right away, but in 30 minutes, you should become tired.
During the daytime, you will be able to function because you got enough sleep. In order for this to work, you’ll need to do this every night. Another thing you can do is make the room comfortable by turning the air-conditioner or heat to a comfortable setting that way you can sleep all through the night.
