5. Bring to Boil
Assuming you have already added the water, which may be a mistake, the next thing you need to do is boil this bad boy up. Okay, let’s jump back a step just in case you missed it.
Before bringing the water to the boil you need to know how much water to add. 3 cups of filtered or natural spring water need to be added to the burdock root, or more if more is needed to cover the ingredients completely. When the water has been added, the pan needs to be moved over a heat source and allowed to heat up until it reaches boiling point.
Without getting too technical for you, the boiling point is when the bubbles all start to appear and the water becomes more of a hazard for anyone who might not be that much of a professional in the kitchen. In other words, you better watch out.
