2. Lower cholesterol level
Lower cholesterol levels can be obtained with the use of coriander. Coriander has acids, such as ascorbic acid, palmitic acid, oleic acid, linoleic acid, and stearic acid. These acids are good for lowering your cholesterol levels in the blood. Bad LDL cholesterols are reduced as well. When you had bad LDLs it can cause strokes, heart attacks, cardiovascular diseases. In turn, the good HDLs are raised to prevent you from having any serious conditions.
By drinking coriander and eating a healthy diet you can obtain these goals. You can’t just drink coriander every day and eat junk food. It doesn’t work that way. Everything that you put in your body will determine how your cholesterol levels will be. You’ll need to drink coriander at least three times a week to notice any benefit. You can drink it more often if three times a week isn’t enough. Also, you may limit the amount you drink by the taste.
