2. Basil
Basil is a herb that’s traditionally added to food to give it that perfect touch, but that’s not the only thing that you can do with basil – and it’s a great idea to keep basil growing in your garden, or to make sure that you always have some around in your fridge. Among other things, basil is incredibly high in the most essential vitamins and minerals that your diet needs, and because of this it’s a great booster for your immune system (and at the same time, contains more vitamin C when compared to oranges).
Basil is great for other conditions like heartburn and digestion, but it’s also great for recovering from conditions such as osteomyelitis – include it in your daily diet with some of the other items mentioned on this list and you’ll find that you’re feeling much better with just a few weeks of adopting a healthier diet.
