2. Exercise
Exercise is something that is supposed to be good for you and for most people it is. Getting your heart rate up for at least an hour a day is something that everyone should be practicing. However, one of the most frustrating causes for hives in some people is exercise. This may be caused by the temperature changes that take place in the body during exercise. It may also be caused by sweating. As we sweat, pores can become clogged.
This can create all types of skin issues. When the skin becomes irritated, a rash may develop. The rash may be something that is simple and goes away within a short amount of time. However, some people simply will break out in hives every time that they try to exercise. There may be another underlying cause for hives to form due to exercise, so it is important to discuss this with your doctor if it occurs.
