3. Caffeine
Caffeine has a lot of good going for it and it will help you to wake up in the morning and get more done. It can help you to stay awake and stay productive later into the night and in general, it is a useful stimulant.
But what is a stimulant? Essentially, it is a drink, food or medication that causes your body to respond as though it were responding to stress. That means increased heartrate and muscle contractions just the same, which in turn can mean twitching!
In other words, caffeine is essentially like stress in a cup. If you’re prone to stress and you’re already twitching, stay away from it!
