2. Arthritis
Arthritis is defined as a chronic inflammation of the joints, which can include the wrists, knees, elbows, and even the vertebrae of the spine. It can be triggered by a variety of illnesses and health conditions, and although it’s commonly associated with age, it’s something that can happen to you at any point.
Characteristic symptoms of arthritis include pain or swelling in the joints, and might even include skin irritation. Arthritis is further worsened by a diet that contains too many acidic components, too many fats, or too much salt; strain placed on the joints through external factors or being overweight can also be some of the factors that can make arthritis worse.
It’s a common symptom associated with elevated levels of liver enzymes in the blood, and if you are showing arthritis together with some of the other symptoms on this list, then you should make an appointment with your doctor and have tests done.
