3. Turkey
If you think that you are experiencing any kind of issues with your gallbladder, then you should immediately take a look at your diet and start making some drastic changes to what you eat. It’s true that you are what you eat, and you shouldn’t indulge the craving that you have for exceptionally greasy, unhealthy and fatty foods – it’s these kinds of foods that are most likely to cause an attack of bile in people who are otherwise healthy, and repeated exposure isn’t great for your health either.
One of the things that should be avoided as much as possible if you have existing problems with your gallbladder is turkey, because of the fact that the meat can be extremely rich and fatty – especially if you eat it with meal that happens to be very rich and loaded with salt to begin with. Turkey should be replaced with meat alternatives.
