Gluten can also trigger an attack of bile, that is to mean the body cannot process the fats and ingredients that are found in gluten – an ingredient that is found in most wheat-based products. You might have heard of gluten intolerance and celiac disease, and if gluten is already having a bad effect on your health then you should consider the idea that you might just very well have gluten intolerance and should be avoiding it anyway.
But it’s also possible that you suffer from bile attacks and gallbladder issues: Make sure that you check the labels of any foods that you buy from now on, and make sure that you find alternatives to gluten and wheat-based products if you suspect that it’s a problem for your health. There are many gluten-free products available on the market that are considered to be just as good as most available gluten-based products.
