14 Tips for Using Argan Oil in Your Beauty Regime

Search Articles Here

There are many different beauty products from which to choose. Many of these products contain many of the same ingredients such as rosehip oil, coconut oil, and aloe vera.

Another ingredient that you may have heard of is argan oil. Argan oil contains many beneficial nutrients including fatty acids, vitamin E, antioxidants, and squalene. These nutrients can do wonders for your hair and your skin. Argan oil comes from the seeds of the Argan tree, which is native to the southwestern area of Morocco.

The oil that comes from the seeds can easily penetrate the skin and boost moisture. It also activates natural lipids in the skin to help protect the barrier. If you are looking for a way to improve the health of your skin and your hair, there are a few simple ways that you can add argan oil to your beauty regime.

1. Add to Moisturizer

Keeping the skin hydrated is very important for its overall health. This is one area that argan oil can really help. Argan oil has high amounts of vitamin E. Vitamin E helps to strengthen the barrier of the skin, which allows the skin to keep in more moisture.

In order to help seal in the moisture of the skin, you can simply add a few drops of pure argan oil into your moisturizer that you use regularly. Make sure that you purchase pure argan oil as this is the only way to ensure that you are getting all of the nutrients that the oil can provide.

Since you are already likely using a moisturizer on a regular basis, adding the argan oil will simply improve the effects of the moisturizing product. Taking this simple step can greatly improve the hydration of your skin, which improves its health overall.
