Regular appointments with the right experts are crucial to keeping your health in good condition, even if you think that your health is fine at the time. Once every six months is a good rule-of-thumb, though more regularly is needed should you require specialist treatment or monitoring of specific health conditions.

Remember to give your doctor a complete list of detailed symptoms, even if you think they’re unrelated to one another. This is a great help with diagnosis, and it can be one of the most important things you ever do to save your hearing and your health.
