Lower your anxiety by taking cilantro. Instead of taking anti-depressants that have side effects when you stop taking them, take cilantro. When you take cilantro, you can make a tea out of it. Make your favorite tea and add cilantro to it. You can chew cilantro as well whenever you feel like your anxiety level is increasing. Since you would have to take anti-depressants every day, you should probably drink tea with cilantro or chew it every single day.
In the beginning, take it twice a week to see if it helps. If you need to take it more often, do so. The reason cilantro is so good for anxiety is that it has the same effect as Valium. The only downside about taking Valium is the side effects. The side effects can be worse than anxiety. You’ll feel more confident in front of people and doing difficult tasks.
