If it was good enough for Popeye, which it surely was, then spinach should be good enough for you and your urine problems. Eating spinach before cooking is great for making the most of it’s nutrient and mineral content, but boiling the spinach is the best way to use it for its ability to control problems with urination.
The spinach can either be prepared for consumption on its own or as part of the greens that accompany a well-balanced meal. It really doesn’t matter how or when you consume the boiled spinach, as long as you’re consuming it twice a day. Doing so will help the body control either too much urination or not enough.
Consuming boiled spinach is the best way of achieving a natural balance with your urination. If you don’t like the taste of even boiled spinach, either grit your teeth and bear it, or take the extra preparation step of including it in a smoothie or a juice after it has been boiled.
