In addition, apple cider vinegar is great for any skin issues that you may be having, including bumps on the skin.

Apple cider vinegar can help balance the pH of the sin. This can help to naturally prevent any breakouts. In addition, apple cider vinegar is also a great anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory. To use apple cider vinegar you will want to dilute it with a bit of water and then apply it directly to the skin. Applying it directly to the affected areas is one of the best ways to see results quickly.
