2. Eating Yoghurt
If you are experiencing repeated problems with thrush or white tongue, then it might be time to look at your diet and what you have been eating – or not eating enough of. One of the potential causes of the symptom known as white tongue can be the fact that the balance of the flora in your mouth is interrupted – as is sometimes the case if your body has been battling a particularly severe infection, or what will happen if you have been taking a very strong antibiotic or certain other types of medication.
If you want to fix this type of white tongue, then the best thing you can do is to start repairing the flora that has been damaged. The simplest way to do this is by adding some yoghurt to your diet – though make sure that the yoghurt in question contains the live cultures that you need – you can usually see this on the ingredient list.
