2. Staying Hydrated
Undergoing sudden changes in your body such as perimenopause means that you will feel drastically different, and this will bring about all sorts of things in your body – and it might even keep you from functioning. If you want to get back to your normal, healthy self then you have to start with what’s going into your body and make some changes so that you can be healthier. First, start off with your diet as we’ve already described above.
Your next step after that is to exercise: This can help get your blood moving again and you will feel much better as a result. But all of this will be useless unless you ensure that you are staying hydrated. Drink at least eight glasses of water per day – but make sure that you don’t drink too much water and overload your system either. When you feel thirsty, always drink water!
